Celebration Cakes

Please order all cakes via email: monroestbakery@gmail.com. I need at least a week for any cake order and my orders are often full further in advance than that.

A message piped on top will be £3.

Cupcakes (starting at £3.50) and mini cupcakes (starting at £1.10) are also available.

All cake flavours are also available as mini 4-inch, 2-layer cakes to feed 2 very hungry people or 4 less hungry people. One mini cake is £20.

Simpler Cakes

These are simple crowd-pleasing cakes that everyone will love. Pricing is as follows:

Chocolate Chocolate Cake

The best chocolate sponge, filled and coated with a rich chocolate ganache frosting.

Gluten-free variation available.

Contains gluten, dairy, eggs.

Vanilla Vanilla Cake

Fluffy vanilla sponge filled and coated with vanilla bean Swiss meringue buttercream. Add lemon curd or strawberry jam for an extra £7 per cake.

More involved cakes for those who want a little something extra.

Tahini Cocoa Cake

Tahini-cocoa sponge filled and coated with salted tahini buttercream.

Tiramisu Cake

Vanilla sponge soaked in a classic coffee/brandy mix, filled with whipped mascarpone cream, and coated in mocha buttercream.

Kir Royale Cake

Vanilla chiffon cake filled with a Champagne cream and blackcurrant, jam, and coated in a blackcurrant frosting.

Citrus, Honey, Olive Oil Cake

Olive oil sponge filled with a lemon curd and coated in a rosemary, honey and brown butter frosting.
